So, I've been taking Ativan 1mg for about a few weeks now, and I wanted to share my thoughts with you all. I was prescribed it for anxiety, and honestly, it's been a real lifesaver. The dosage my doctor started me on was just 1mg once a day before bed. I usually take itaround sundown. It helps me to get a good night's rest. {However, there are so
